With the arrival of mysterious super-era technology, Gene Lock promotes unprecedented strengthening of human body functions such as speed, power and senses. Those who successfully open the genetic lock are able to become "agents", with the best among the agents being the "gun gods". Around the new armament of gene lock, various forces fiercely struggled to establish academies to cultivate agents. During the Second World War, government scientists from Porton Down attempted to weaponise anthrax, creating a deadly strain that they then tested on Gruinard Island, an uninhabited remote site off the coast of Scotland. This proved disastrous for Gruinard and, from 1942 onwards, people were forbidden from setting foot on the island. This documentary reveals an extraordinary Scottish story from 1981, when a shadowy group called the Dark Harvest Commandos claimed to have landed on the island and removed 300lbs worth of infected soil. They wrote a dramatic letter explaining and justifying their actions, which was sent to various newspapers and the BBC. In the letter, they explained their campaign to clean up Gruinard had begun with a package of island soil dumped outside Porton Down. Nobody knew who they were or if they were serious.

Illustrator Okusawa Ritsu and salesman Ikegami Fumiya met at an old coffee shop and eventually fell in love and lived happily together. In 2099, Earth has shifted off its axis and begins to rotate at an angle of 90% to the 20th-century equator. Three years of natural disasters follows, and when things settle down, Earth's ten billion population has died and only two million moon colonists remain. Some return to begin the repopulation of the world in seven new cities and the remaining colonists of the moon fear that their former neighbors might pose a threat and construct a ring of defensive satellites to trap them on the newly repopulated homeworld.

Red Cap is a British television drama series produced by Stormy Pictures for the BBC and broadcast on BBC One. Two series of six episodes each were produced following a feature length pilot. It featured the investigations of an Special Investigation Branch unit of the British Army based in Germany. Ostensibly the lead character was Sergeant Jo McDonagh, played by Tamzin Outhwaite, but the show was more of an ensemble piece, with several notable characters coming to prominence.
